When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?

Processing time:

All orders will ship out within 7-10 days of placing your order.

Shipping time:

Typical delivery time frame is between 7-10 Business Days however; you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

UNITED STATES

  • $20 CAD Tracked Shipping via Canada Post

Is local pick up available? 

Yes, local pick up is available at both our Downtown Burlington and Bronte Village locations. You must wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up before coming to either location to pick up.

Do you ship internationally? 

We only offer shipping within Canada and the United States at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pureboutique.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pureboutique.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns

Returns may be made within 30 days of your package arriving. Please appropriately package your returned items to protect from any damages and address all packages to: Pure Boutique • 389-3 Brant Street, Burlington Ontario L7R 2E9
