We carry apparel from a variety of brands, so fit can vary from one brand to the next. While most of our pieces run true to size, each brand has its own unique fit and sizing.

Yes! Most of the pieces you see in our online shop are available in-store, too. We wish we could make every single piece available online and shippable, but some treasures are only available to shop in-store. Our online shop will always show which pieces are available to shop online and have shipped right to your door.

It depends on availability! When a size or specific item is available from the brand, we’re happy to place a special order whenever possible, but we can’t guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. Reach out to us at info@pureboutique.ca with what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can order in.

Our shop is in the heart of downtown Burlington, Ontario, at 389-3 Brant Street.

While our time in beautiful Bronte Village was such a special chapter, Lori ultimately decided that her heart remained in downtown Burlington. So, for now, you’ll find us right where it all began — on Brant Street.

And if you’ve been following along, you may have seen that something new is taking shape in Sauble Beach. For more than 25 years, Lori has spent her summers there, building memories and becoming part of a community that means so much to her. Now, she’s been working behind the scenes on a new space, bringing a little piece of Pure to a place she loves dearly. The new space isn’t open just yet, but there’s lots to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share more with you as it comes together.

Absolutely! When you pull up to our downtown Burlington location, you’ll find street parking along Brant Street and the surrounding side streets, plus two city parking lots just behind our shoppe.

If you’re having a little trouble finding a spot, head over to Locust Street, where you’ll find a larger city parking lot that usually has plenty of availability. And here’s a little parking perk: city parking is free on Sundays and every day after 6pm.

We love our furry friends, and you’ll often find my sweet Lab, Rosie, and my “grand dogs,” Willow and Mac, hanging out at the shop. We’re always happy to welcome your pets, too, as long as they’re friendly and remain leashed or held while visiting.

As the shoppe has changed and evolved, furniture painting workshops are no longer something we offer. But we’re always up to something! Keep an eye on our event calendar for upcoming events, workshops, and other little ways to gather and create together.

For items purchased in-store, we offer a 7-day return policy, unless otherwise specified on sale items. Items must have their original tags attached and be accompanied by your receipt. Please bring the original form of payment used for the purchase.

For items purchased through our online shop, returns can be made within 30 days of your package arriving. Items must have their original tags attached and be returned in their original condition. Please package your return securely to help protect your items from damage while in transit.
