Does your fashion line run true to size?

We source our apparel from various brands, so while most of our brands fit true to size and we do our best to only source items that do fit true to size, different brands will have different fits. If you have a question about how a particular item fits, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to direct you to your perfect size!

Do you carry all of the items in your online shop in the store as well?

Yes! However, not all of the items in our shop are online or shippable.

If I don’t see my size or the item I want available, can you order it?

It depends on the availability! We are happy to place a special order for your size or item when it is available. Reach out to us at info@pureboutique.ca to see if we can accommodate your request.

What are your store hours?

Our shop hours are as follows:

Sunday: 12 - 4 p.m.

Monday: closed

Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Thursday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Where is your shop located?

We have a shop in the heart of downtown Burlington, Ontario, at 389-3 Brant Street and a second location in the beautiful Bronte Village at 2357 & 2359 Lakeshore Road W, Oakville, Ontario.

Do you have parking available on site?

When you pull up to our downtown Burlington location, you will find street parking available along Brant Street and the side streets. There are also two city parking lots just behind our shop (nestled between Kelly’s Bake Shoppe and Scrivener’s). If you have trouble finding parking, head to Locust Street where you’ll find a big city parking lot that usually has spots available!

Do you have gift certificates available?

Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate for any amount both in-store and online. They’re a perfect gift for the person who has everything.

Are pets allowed at the shop?

We love our furry friends and you will often find my sweet lab, Rosie, and my “grand dogs” Willow and Mac (my son and daughter’s dogs) hanging out at the shop! We welcome your pets as long as they are friendly and remain leashed or held.

Do you still run furniture painting workshops?

Unfortunately, we are no longer running our drab-to-fab workshops at this time. But check out our event calendar for upcoming events and workshops at our new studio space in Bronte Village!

How can I return my product?

For items purchased in store, we have a 7-day return policy (unless otherwise specified on sale items).

For items purchased from our online store, returns may be made up to 30 days after your package arrived. Please appropriately package your returned items to protect them from damage. Address all return packages to Pure Boutique at 389-3 Brant Street, Burlington, Ontario L7R 2E9.
