Our charm bar is a one-of-a-kind destination for creating jewellery that’s completely your own. Choose your favourite charms, build your bracelet or necklace, and let your personality take the lead.
Designed as a place to gather, create, and have a little fun, the charm bar turns jewellery into something personal — a collection of pieces that captures your style, your stories, and the moments you want to carry with you.
Pick Your Chain(s)
Start by selecting your chain: you can choose between a necklace, bracelet, or both! With a diverse range of styles, lengths, and finishes — from gold-filled to stainless steel — choose your perfect foundation to let your imagination run wild.
Add Your Charms
Personalize your chain by adding charms that reflect your style and personality! With a collection of whimsical designs, meaningful symbols, zodiac signs, initials, and so much more, you have the freedom to create something truly one-of-a-kind for you or someone you love.
Assemble Your Piece
Using the tools provided to you at your table, assemble your bracelet or necklace. Once you have created a piece that tells your story, bring it to our charm baristas. They will package up your piece and ensure your custom creation shines beautifully!
Before You Get Charmed
A few little things to know before you get creating.
Booking Your Table
When you book a table through our online booking calendar, a $5 booking fee per person is required to reserve your spot. This includes access to our charming space and beautiful gift wrapping to finish off your piece.
Each reservation requires at least one piece of jewellery to be created during your visit.
Price Range
Your total depends on the pieces and number of charms you choose:
- Necklace chains: starting at $34.95
- Bracelet chains: starting at $29.95
- Charms: $14.95 each
Most charm necklaces range from $100–$150, while bracelets typically range from $50–$100, depending on the number of charms selected.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a full refund of your booking fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, will forfeit their booking fee and we can no longer guarantee the reserved table.
Your Custom Jewellery
Because your jewellery is personalized and created specifically for you, all custom jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged.
Walk-Ins
We’ll always do our best to welcome walk-ins when space allows! To make sure you have a spot, we highly recommend booking a table in advance — especially on weekends.
A Charming Disclaimer
Our charm bar is recommended for guests 12 years and up. For guests under 16, we recommend coming with an accompanying adult.
Your charm jewellery is yours to create, so please keep an eye on your charms while you’re designing your piece. Because this is a DIY activity, we are not responsible for lost charms.
